Help was included with BILLNODE by pressing the F1 key. This
is so you have help with individual fields, but also the
help gives details on editing keys for the involved fields.
Also, the Ignore list, now has room for 64 characters, so it
is possible to put in a path. Previously, it had to be in
the current working directory.
I created MAKEMSG to replace a third party shareware program
called SENDMAIL. If you were using SENDMAIL in a previous
version you will have to update any batch files that reflect
this as SENDMAIL is no longer supported.

I would appreciate it if anyone finds a bug to please let me
know immediately. Please give a detailed explanation, plus
any software that was running resident at the time
(including device drivers). It is very important to me to
keep this software running without problems (as it involves
money situations for each Net).
Any comments or suggestion will be taken whole-heartedly and
hopefully incorporated into any upcoming future releases.
Any questions can and will be answered. You may netmail me
at 1:134/21, between 12:00 midnight and 6:00am (Mountain
Standard Time) or ZMH (system is MO), or at 1:134/40 during
regular node hours (forwarded to me).
If you send payment with your registration, I will send you
disks with the latest version, plus the latest utilities
that I have cooked up for BBSs. I have a number of them
right now.
